Hartwig theater announces a week of attractions starting tomorrow with The Sun Flood featuring an all star cast. Repeat show tomorrow night. Friday features Anita Stewart in The Woman He Married with Darrel Foss. Go-Get Em Hutch episode five and Go-Get Em Hutch comedy Snookey's Blue Monday. Saturday Hoot Gibson in The Loaded Door universal thrills. Sunday features Lying Lips with a special cast. Next Monday and Tuesday Marshal Neilan's Minnie promoted as his greatest living picture.

Mrs W F Drummey came home from Murray hospital in Butte after a multi day stay. Mrs R W Boone and three children returned to Dillon from Long Beach California where they vacationed recently. Mrs J Brown was called to Wyoming last week for a sister’s serious illness. Mrs Annabel Desmond and two daughters returned Saturday from Butte after a week visiting relatives.

Brannon Accepts Montana University Chancellorship
Melvin Amos Brannon, Beloit College president, will arrive in Helena around January 16 to become chancellor of the University of Montana. He accepts the post from the state board of education and will oversee the Missoula campus along with Montana State College Bozeman School of Mines Butte and Dillon Normal School.

College trustees to consider resignation of Beloit College President Brannon at a Chicago meeting on January 10. Brannon announced Beloit’s $90,000 endowment campaign success. Since 1917 enrollment rose from 380 to 700 and three new departments were added during his five-year tenure. He also led Beloit Chamber of Commerce.
