Dillon Nears Completion of Modern Water System
Weather conditions delay final pipe tests but Dillon plans to test the line as frost thaws by late April. The system will provide pure spring water, strong fire protection, and a 110 psi supply capable of a 65 foot stream from a 1.25 inch nozzle. 750 feet of hose from Simmons Hardware, a volunteer fire department, and water rights from Rattlesnake Creek ensure a one million gallon per day capacity for years.
