Navy issues victory buttons now for men discharged from the Navy or naval reserve between April 6 1917 and November 11 1918. Medals will follow later. Enlisted men may obtain buttons at the Salt Lake City recruiting office or sub stations in Billings Butte Great Falls Missoula Helena Miles City Montana Boise Pocatello Rock Springs Ogden Utah. Officers secure buttons by applying to the Bureau of Navigation in Washington.
