Ruth Ann Pyle widow of Marcellus Pyle, aged 86, died Sunday night at the Pyle ranch in Grasshopper valley. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at the Methodist Episcopal church in Dillon with Rev. Howard B. Ricketts officiating. she was a beloved valey matron and mourned by many friends.
J R Scott, a well known poultry raiser from Armstead and Dillon, plans a giant 47,000 egg incubator at his Helena area chick farm. The machine would replace 40 small incubators and produce about 6,500 baby chicks in three days.
