R. E Crangle, Montana Power tax commissioner, mailed Beaverhead county a check for 10,762.63 to cover the first half of the firm's 1954 property taxes. The company’s total 1954 bill is 1,319,233.84 in the 40 counties it serves, with the al woman and child figure noted. Remaining balance due next May.
