Short Line Extends Yard Tracks In Dillon yards
Work began last Thursday on a new side track extending about 800 yards below the north end of the Dillon yards. The old section house and bunk houses are being moved. About 25 men and six to eight teams grade the ground, with two weeks needed to complete the filling work to depths of 20 to 25 feet. A wool house is expected to follow along the track for wool shippers, likely built by private interests.
