The action, filed August 13 1942, seeks determination of ownership and enforcement of rights in the bonds registered to Michael Lukanitsch or Anna Lukanitsch. The case names executors and unknown heirs, with service required within 20 days.
Judicial District of the State of Montana Beaverton. Minnie M Hart Frederick Paul Shenon Phillip John Shenon John Sorenson and all others unknown are summoned to appear in court regarding a quiet title action on 20 acres in the NE quarter of Section 10 Township 10 South Range 14 West Montana. The lands are described by metes and bounds and the case is filed in Beaverhead County. The clerk Norman Giles issued the summons on July 24 1942 with deputy W M Stone and Theodore F McFadden as plaintiff’s attorney.
