Claims Allowed At April Meeting Of County Board Beaverhead Montana

The Beaverhead County Commissioners met in regular session April 7 8 and 9 1952. Actions included approving a 30 day leave for Paul Temple installing cattle guards on the old Dillon Butte highway and access to law library with new locks. The board approved rodent control funding and reviewed welfare applications and county finances including depository securities and numerous vendor payments.

John E. Henry Announces Run for State Railroad and Public Service Commissioner

Montana AG rules Korean veterans gain education benefits

Helena AP The Montana attorney general Arnold N Olsen ruled that eligible Korean veterans are entitled to state education benefits for all University of Montana units. He defined the Korea conflict as a war in every sense, noting Chapter 149, laws of 1943, was not limited to World War II veterans.
