Salt Lake April 21 Prosperity of a world wide and permanent nature was predicted by F J Hagenbarth president of the National Wool Growers association. In the west sheep men were coming into their own with wool prices from 40 to 60 cents a pound. He urged adjusting wool freight rates as hearings set for next month in Billings Salt Lake Boise Portland and Phoenix by the interstate commerce commission. He said a scientific exposure is needed while noting the railroad must live.
