J M Kennedy of Fryhe-Buhn Seattle shipped 13 carloads of fat cattle from the local yards, bought across Beaverhead, Bitter Root, Gallatin and Missouri valleys. Prices ranged from 48 to 57 dollars for various ages, while other buyers and ranchers reported strong spring grass and upcoming summer herds.
