State Federation of Women’s Clubs holds fourth annual convention
At Valley City the State Federation of Women’s Clubs met for its fourth annual convention with strong attendance from twenty one clubs now in the federation. Seven clubs were admitted with more forthcoming. Reports praised club work in study village improvement libraries and philanthropic projects.
