Bowman N D September 20 Sheriff J J Moore and Deputy A M Anderson along with Clerk J B Guldermann faced preliminary examination. Moore was charged with aiding Laben Woods escape. Anderson and Guldermann accused of extortion tied to Red Tom's blind pig scheme. State witnesses offered limited proof and all defendants were discharged.
