Jackson Michigan October 24 the state supreme court ruled that about one hundred prisoners in Michigan State Prison will be released immediately under good time rules. John Harney a ten year burglary sentence had been denied release as a third termer but the court ruled his Ionia reformatory sentences for assault and battery should not be counted against him.
