In Ramsey County North Dakota before Judge John F Henry the court calls for hearing a petition by George W Dixon for letters of administration on the estate of Francis M Dixon late of Devils Lake. The hearing is set for Monday December 6 1909 at 3 PM in the county courthouse Devils Lake Ramsey County. Respondents and all interested persons are notified to appear and show cause why the prayer should not be granted.
