Bartlett Incorporation Comes From Ramsey County Board
Ramsey County North Dakota board met October 3 1904 with commissioners Anderson Baker and McCormick. A resignation by Fred A Baker as chairman was received and McCormick moved to accept. Anderson was elected chairman. In the afternoon the board canvassed Bartlett village incorporation by vote 18 for, none against, and issued the incorporation order. The session also covered bids for coal and various county bills and notices concerning Bartlett voting precinct and county finances.
