Ramsey County Proceedings 1909 Adopts Coal Bid and Warrants
Ramsey County North Dakota board adjourned on November 2 1909 and opened coal bids for court house delivered in bin. Lowest bid C H Baker $6.25 per ton with weight by city scales. Various accounts and coroner fees approved and warrants issued including insane patient transport and inquest costs. Approval to designate Devils Lake Journal as official county newspaper. Adjourned to November 3 1909 and again December 8 1909 for continued actions.
