North Dakota Regiment Likely Encamp at Rock Island Reserve
Reports from Washington indicate the North Dakota regiment may encamp at Rock Island Military Reservation this summer rather than at American Lake Sparta or near the country’s south border. No orders have been issued yet, but a shortage of appropriation could prevent the biennial maneuver out of state. The quartermaster’s new supply house is being fitted for occupancy, and unit supplies move from the old stone house to the new structures recently completed.
