North Dakota Immigration to Unite Statewide Effort
North Dakota executive committee completed its Bret meeting in Fargo on May 5 selecting George H. Phelps as permanent secretary. Committees for Transportation Publicity and Auditing were formed with members from Jamestown Fargo Lisbon Devils Lake and other towns. The group plans alliance with the American Immigration Association and promotes state land value and settlement while stressing fair treatment of all regions.
