Herman Brietzke from Balfour, a prisoner in Ramsey county jail, charged with using the mails for fraudulent purposes. Ida Brietzke learned of his movements and evidence was secured against him warranting to hold him to the federal court. Deputy U S Marshall Stout arrested him Saturday and U S Commissioner Blaisdel bound him over in 850 dollars.
