Memorial Day Observances in Devils Lake Honor Civil War Vets
Memorial Day activities in Devils Lake featured the largest parade in city history. Veterans from Starkweather and Devils Lake bands provided music as 24 Grand Army of the Republic members and Relief Corps participants led ceremonies at G A R cemetery and Odd Fellows hall.
