Robert Ferguson a well known traveling man from Devils Lake died suddenly at the hospital last Thursday night from blood poisoning after a bruise from a sidewalk fall in Grand Forks. He had come to Devils Lake days earlier and planned to be out soon. Home was St Paul. remains sent to his family with Masonic rites. A tribute notes his pioneer Ramsey County roots, sheriff deputy days, outdoor skills, generosity, and long road career with Minneapolis firms. Ramsey County National Bank advertises farm loans.
