Trial lingers in damage case McPhail versus Honey and others
District Court continues the costly civil action McPhail and Rogers against John Honey C Foney Iva Calder and Charles Okley. The jury was reached but no verdict by press time. Attorneys McClory Barnett and Adamson defend plaintiffs while Libby Park River and Townsend represent defendants. In separate sessions John Anderson pleaded guilty to assault and battery with a five day sentence and $75 fine plus costs.
