Emulsion Helps Mothers and Babies Nourish Well
A fragment advises dosing from a quarter to half a teaspoon in a baby's bottle several times daily to improve nourishment. L B Fancher reports on last week’s North Dakota Educational Association session in Grand Forks. Attendees from Grand Forks Fargo Grafton Park River Jamestown Larimore Mayville and University of North Dakota discussed papers drawings and Dr A S Draper address. Resolutions favored rural school consolidation manual training display preservation for St Louis Exposition and a state university plan. North Dakota headquarters to open in Minneapolis during the July convention.

Ramsey county officials attend regional education meeting
Ramsey county and Churles Ferry and Devils Lake school staff members plus state officials joined a countywide gathering. Next year the association plans to meet in Fargo. The U S Civil Service Commission will run March and April exams across states to fill government jobs. About 9 889 found positions last year and near 10 000 may be appointed this year with salaries from 660 to 1200 a year and lifelong tenure for many posts.
