Dacotah Machinery to Build New Foundry in Devils Lake
H M Williamson of St Paul arrives to arrange early spring erection of Dacotah Machinery’s frame foundry machine shop and warehouse on Second Street. The plant will be the largest in the state with rail and electric interests, employing many workers and positioning Devils Lake as a major distributing point for Northern Minnesota and the Dakotas.

George Hancock, Fargo architect, visited to discuss a deaf and dumb school project and a $25,000 dormitory with Hancock Bros handling plans and supervision. Additional improvements include sewer and water works. A $66,000 bond proposal is under consideration.
