A long critique traces the Traitor Act as used by rival factions in Burleigh county and Bismarck, naming targeted figures like John B. Raymond, Bly, Judge Francis, and John R. Wilson, and denounces perceived public-interest manipulation by the Tribune and allied papers. It cites opposition to tax cuts, water works, and hotel policies, and quotes the Yackton Telegram praising Col Laurie Kerry for record integrity. A separate note from Richland County reports a land claim death and a probate sale dispute resolved by authorities with a governor’s remark.
