Aneta Line Feasible Route To Ease Main Rail Traffic
The Great Northern surveyors have begun a second survey from this point toward Aneta and are camped near the Roberts' farm. The engineer says the country pleases him and more roads may appear by fall. The line to Aneta could divert traffic west of Rugby and from the Farmers' road, leaving the main line to handle eastward freight to Larimore. A local observer notes the Aneta route as the feasible project to relieve congestion. Freight relief promises a major shift in regional rail traffic.
