Local businessman Dennis Hamby won a variance from the Okaloosa County Board of Adjustment this week to reduce the west side setback for Regional Mini Storage from 10 feet to 5 feet. The public hearing backed the change, with the storage units on Airport Road beside Gulf Terrace Condominiums drive and parking areas.
