Graham urged to fund coast cleanup and facilities plan
A state official urged Gov. Graham to boost funding for the Northwest Florida coast resource management plan. Secretary John DeGrove said the current $25,000 allocation for 1984-85 is insufficient to implement the plan, which covers Destin Harbor cleanup, public facilities, and environmental issues. The 90 page plan was adopted March 27 and will be discussed by Cabinet aides May 15 with full consideration May 21.
