Health rule seeks preapproval checklist for Destin eateries
Developers of restaurants and small food establishments in Destin would need Health Department approval of all building plans before permit approval. Zoning administrator Bill Zell urged a multidepartment checklist over a new ordinance. Dr. Edmund Kielman supported the plan to ensure Florida Administrative Code standards.
