Unstable weather produced three waterspouts near Destin on Friday. One formed off Henderson Beach and another south of East Pass. No injuries or damages were reported, according to the U.S. Coast Guard in Destin.
The town's official logo will be finished soon. The horseshoe opens at the top with inside script reading World's Luckiest Fishing Village. Artist Leonard Crook modifies the design and a sailfish icon appears. The town expects to adopt the logo at its next meeting Tuesday.
