Fourth of July joyous crowds brighten South Walton holiday
Celebration in South Walton drew overflow crowds for fireworks by South Walton Emergency Services and Sandestin. The Seagrove to Grayton sailboat race drew a rainbow of sails while the regatta named Riches to Rags started at Seagrove. Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club elected Bob Fleet as president. Harold Randall honored. a Grayton barbecue followed an electrical outage. Flag Day Tournament winners announced at the club with prizes for ladies and men. New shops open in Fort Walton Beach and Destin offering 26 coffee flavors and pastries with tasting events planned.
