Bumper to bumper conditions on U S 98 caused long delays Friday afternoon from Brooks Bridge through Sandestin. Motorists reported one hour from Destin to Fort Walton Beach, with west bound traffic from Sandestin to Destin crawling. Walton County Sheriff Department said the scene was awful and Destin City Hall logged several calls.
