Green Lee Hook Titles In International Tourney
Dr John Green landed an 85 percent pound White Marlin to win the White Marlin category at the International tournament drawing 866 anglers and 216 boats. On Destin boat Echoes captained by Danny Smith Green also placed second in the Wahoo Division. Lorna Lee of Destin won Top Lady Angler with a 79.4 pound White Marlin aboard Pocket. Dan Cushing on Wynsong took second in Blue Marlin with a 400 pound 8 ounce catch. Lawrence Maestri of Houma captured the Blue Marlin title with a 538 pound 4 ounce fish. Pat Richburg aboard Who Do That It landed a 41 pound 4 ounce Sailfish. The two day event yielded 10 Blue Marlin, 27 White Marlin and 3 Sailfish.
