Divers Report Great Week Under Rainy Skies and Rich Catches
Dive boats reported excellent visibility from 45 to 80 feet despite frequent rain and clouds. Trips yielded lobsters, shells, amberjack, triggerfish, and sharks. Local divers Gary Jennings notes large mantas, a 400 pound sea turtle, and a six foot three inch black tipped shark caught by Destin teens Bryan Klein and Steve Eberhart who sold it to Harbor Docks Restaurant.
