Arthritis Self Management Classes Begin at Twin Cities Hospital
HCA Twin Cities Hospital and the Wellness Center offer an Arthritis Self Management course starting March 4 from 6 30 to 8 30 p m and continuing each Wednesday for six weeks at the Wellness Center next to the hospital. Jean Lee, a physical therapist, leads sessions on diet nutrition exercise social interaction relaxation major disease and medications with a $15 fee and preregistration required.
