Blue Named Chairman of QWJC Board of Trustees
Destin attorney F. Lloyd Blue Jr. is named chairman of the Okaloosa-Walton Junior College Board of Trustees, effective December 1, after serving on the board since 1982. A OWJC graduate, UF alumnus and prominent attorney, Blue has led student government and academic honors, and now leads the board as its first OWJC graduate chair.
