South Walton water plan deemed infeasible by county
Walton County commissioners dismissed an Atlanta engineering proposal as economically infeasible for South Walton water service. Three designs ranged from 824000 to 1400000 dollars with monthly bills from 15.70 to 23.03. Only 469 taps plus 250 vacant lots signups exist, falling short of needed 1200 for fire protection.
