Harbor cleanup effort reviewed by state agencies
About ten alternatives are studied by two state departments and a regional agency for a long-range Destin Harbor cleanup. A May 1985 decision is expected as agencies test aeration, dredging, and other options while ongoing measures improve water quality this year.
