Destin Princess Condominium Phase I Island Home Condominium and M&P Townhomes win approval from Okaloosa County Planning and Zoning, contingent on sewer taps. Destin Princess would cover about 700 units on Highway 98 with 228,254 square feet, Island Home sits on Holiday Isle, and Cecil Moseley’s 4 unit PUD advances in Destin. A rezoning request for Okaloosa County Gas District also tabled.
