Jon Kennedy found guilty of robbery and complicity in the Kansas City Bartleville express robbery. Jury verdict at 8 pm fixes seventeen years in the state penitentiary. Six men tied to Macomb hold-up include Jake Bogey and John Hremity. Elmer Bryans confesses and aids conviction. Kennedy faces separate murder charge in Kansas City linked to Emam Schumacher death.
George Wald er, 59, a far dealer, died from a stab wound to the abdomen after a confrontation with Philip McBernolt over Me-Dermitt. Investigators say both men attacked Waldvogep twice as the dispute escalated. McDermott fled. police have not yet found her.
Two 15 year old boys duelled over a dispute at a Virginia bridge lead to a fatal shooting. Jatin Raines and Madison Proiy fought after an argument, Raines shot through abdomen. Raines died soon after, while Pratt was also hit. A white jury later convicted one man of murder in the second degree, with a ten year term.
