Demonstrations Honor Dermott Company KR Departing to Camp
The town assembled to bid farewell to seventy seven Dermott soldiers bound for the mobilization camp at Little Rock. Citizens, drum corps, and Standard Bearer Henry Bordeaux led a parade to the station as boxes of cigars and a silk flag were presented. Churches closed early for a social hour and floral offerings decorated the train car in tribute to Company KR.

In Honor of Company K at Dermott
