City Council of Jeromott Arkansas enacts a ban on operating livery stables dairies and feedlots within defined city limits. Violations incur a misdemeanor charge with fines from fifteen to one hundred fifty dollars per day per offense. Effective upon passage July 9 1919 with publication July 17 1919.
