Indiana State Teachers Meeting Faces In Indianapolis
County school superintendent E L Powell reports the annual Indiana State Teachers Association meeting will be in Indianapolis on October 21 22 and 23 with special railway rates and hotel accommodations. About two hundred twenty teachers in Peru and Miami County typically attend. Teachers receive three paid days per year two for the meeting and one for a visiting day, plus a mandatory school visit day to observe other classrooms.
