Golden couple promotes new compass invention in Indianapolis

Mr and Mrs C F Golden recently toured Indianapolis to advance a new compass. A manufacturing company is formed, a building leased, and machinery installed. Mr and Mrs Andrew Friend returned from Henry County after visiting Jona than Zook who is seriously ill but hopes of recovery. Mrs L F Cooper and son Louis Byron of Butler Ind visit Denver friends with Mrs Acel Dukes.

Celebrate Wedding Anniversary of Mr and Mrs J Dice

Mr and Mrs J Wi Dice celebrated their twenty fifth wedding anniversary at home with a Wéasaw Sunday Shoe event. About thirty guests attended including Will Ream Emily Robertson Swope family Albert Berger and daughters May Ruth Mary Berger Mrs Charles Richardson Frank Farner family Gus Cornet and L H Dice. Afternoon socializing preceded a chicken dinner and thanks for many more anniversaries.

Penny Supper Planned in Denver Den Ver Ind

A Penny Supper will be held on Saturday evening October 14 in the Piper Building Denver Ind. Nothing over a penny. Come and get two good suppers at little expense.

Denver Teacher Improves After Auto Accident

Luther Brown, a Denver teacher of the 4th 5th and 6th grades, is rapidly improving after a serious auto accident last week. Doctors expect him to resume duties next week, with Lee Fisher teaching his class in the interim.
