Lydia Jane Sarver Dies in Mexico After Long Illness
Lydia Jane Sarver, widow of Ballard Sarver, died at her Mexico home Saturday afternoon after a two year heart illness. Born in West Virginia on August 3, 1846, she was 77. Survived by daughter Victoria Ann Dixon. sons David Sarver, C W Sarver, and John. eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral at 2 PM Monday at the Methodist Church in Mexico. interment Green Lawn Cemetery. Rev. Trout officiated. She had long been a Methodist church member.
