Double Barrel Accident Takes Mrs Skinner’s Life

Mrs. Albert Skinner died after a loaded double-barrel shotgun discharged at their southwest Twelve Mile home. The husband dropped the weapon causing both hammers to strike the floor and discharge the barrels. She died about two hours later. She leaves two grown children.

Mrs. William Fisher of near Mexico was severely injured Wednesday when she slipped in her yard and broke her thigh. She underwent examination and treatment following the accident.

Perrysburg reports Mrs. Charles Bayless improving from Typhoid fever while Miss Sadie Jones remains very low. Charles Rannels made a business trip to Peru. Carrie Friend hosted guests including Misses Elsie Knauif and Ethel Raber. Mr. and Mrs. O F Cool visited their son Lenard Cool and wife as Charlie and Otto Brown of South Mud Lake attended church. Rev. Reece preached two sermons at the Baptist church and will continue services for the next two months.
