Friend Injured In Amboy Train Accident
Ransford Friend son of Andrew Friend and former Denver resident was badly hurt at Amboy on Saturday evening. While boarding the Panhandle train with his wife and two children he slipped from the hand rail and fell between the cars and platform. He was found unconscious, then revived and taken home for treatment. A deep gash on the back of his head and multiple bruises were reported, with recovery anticipated. The child escaped with minor injuries.

Obituary: William H. Stover 1841 1913 In Cass County Indiana
William Harvey Stover born March 6 1841 in Franklin County Virginia died April 18 1913 at age 72. He moved to Cass County Indiana in 1846 with his parents and remained there. He married Rebecca Gregory in 1870 and they had two children Benjamin F and Silias D. He is survived by his wife two children one brother Adison Stover of Henry County Indiana and one half brother Charley Kingrey of Twelve Mile. He has three grandchildren.
