In Miami County Circuit Court the jury ruled for Grace LaDue in the Eliza Ann LaDue will contest. The case challenged an old will in favor of a later Ohio probate and held the Denver witnesses to support the verdict. All property goes to the defendant with costs charged to the plaintiffs.
