Ullmo Stripped and Sentenced for Selling Naval Secrets

Charles B Ullmo, once a French navy officer, has been publicly stripped of his uniform, insignia and sword and begun a life sentence on Devil's Island for attempting to sell naval secrets to a foreign power. The British punitive expedition under Gen Willcocks quelled the Wohmand tribesmen in Northwest India in eighteen days with 78 killed and 153 wounded.
