Sheriff’s Sale Set On Denver Indiana Property

A public sale is planned by Sheriff John W. Wolpert on July 24 1909 in Miami County Indiana. The process involves Pythias Lodge No. 373 as plaintiff and Albert E Rush Ira I Rush Effie J Becknell Ella Rush John W Volpert as defendants. The sale covers rents and profits of Lot 17 in A Grimes Addition Denver for up to seven years with a backup sale of fee simple if needed to satisfy a 303 75 decree plus interest and costs. Sale occurs at the county courthouse between 10 AM and 4 PM.
